Customers are responsible for:

Providing accurate contact information and service addresses.
Describing known property conditions, hazards, or concerns.
Identifying restricted access areas.
Securing pets, gates, and access points.
Identifying known underground utilities, irrigation systems, invisible fencing, private lines, septic components, drainage systems, lighting systems, and other hidden property features not marked by public utility locating services.
Providing access to the property at the scheduled time.
Following care instructions, watering instructions, fertilization instructions, and follow-up recommendations when provided.
Paying invoices when due.

Green Goddess Trees is not responsible for damage, delay, incomplete service, poor results, or additional cost caused by inaccurate information, lack of access, hidden conditions, unmarked private utilities, customer maintenance choices, or failure to follow care instructions.

Photos, Videos, and Property Information Submitted by You

You may choose to upload or send photos, videos, descriptions, notes, or other information about your trees, plants, yard, home, driveway, sidewalk, fence, utility lines, standing water, drainage, pests, or other property features.

By submitting photos, videos, or other information, you confirm that:

You have the right to submit the material.
The material is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
The material does not violate another person’s privacy or legal rights.
You grant Green Goddess Trees permission to use the material to evaluate your request, prepare estimates, provide services, document conditions, maintain customer records, and communicate with you.

We do not claim ownership of customer-submitted photos, videos, or other materials. However, you grant us permission to use them for service-related purposes.

We will not intentionally use identifiable private customer property photos for public marketing without permission, unless the image has been edited or cropped so the property and customer are not reasonably identifiable.

Please do not submit images or videos that include people, private documents, license plates, or sensitive personal information unless necessary for your service request.

No Guarantee of Tree, Plant, Lawn, or Landscape Outcomes

Trees, shrubs, plants, lawns, and landscapes are living systems affected by many conditions outside our control.

These conditions may include, but are not limited to:

Soil conditions.
Drainage.
Compaction.
Construction damage.
Root disturbance.
Insects.
Disease.
Drought.
Flooding.
Temperature swings.
Winter injury.
Wind.
Storms.
Lightning.
Animals.
Prior care.
Chemical exposure.
Watering practices.
Fertilization practices.
Owner maintenance.
Neighboring property conditions.
Other environmental or property-specific factors.

Because of these variables, Green Goddess Trees does not guarantee the survival, future growth, structural stability, safety, appearance, performance, or long-term health of any tree, shrub, plant, lawn, or landscape unless a specific written guarantee is provided in a signed agreement.

Weather and Environmental Conditions

Green Goddess Trees cannot control weather or environmental conditions.

Weather events and environmental conditions may affect the timing, safety, effectiveness, or results of services. These may include drought, excessive rain, flooding, snow, ice, wind, hail, lightning, extreme heat, extreme cold, early freeze, late frost, rapid temperature changes, storms, and seasonal conditions.

We may reschedule, delay, modify, or decline services when weather, site conditions, safety concerns, or regulatory requirements make service impractical, unsafe, ineffective, or inappropriate.

Green Goddess Trees is not responsible for delay, poor results, tree decline, plant decline, pest recurrence, disease progression, chemical ineffectiveness, storm damage, limb failure, tree failure, property damage, or other outcomes caused in whole or in part by weather or environmental conditions outside our reasonable control.

Owner Responsibility for Watering, Fertilization, and Follow-Up Care

Customers are responsible for ongoing watering, fertilization, monitoring, access, and general property care unless those services are specifically included in a written service agreement.

Results may vary depending on weather, site conditions, owner maintenance, pest pressure, disease pressure, timing, watering, fertilization, and other factors outside our control.

Green Goddess Trees is not responsible for damage, decline, failure, death, instability, breakage, falling limbs, falling trees, lack of growth, poor response to treatment, pest activity, disease progression, or other outcomes caused in whole or in part by inadequate watering, excessive watering, improper fertilization, lack of follow-up care, owner maintenance choices, hidden defects, pre-existing conditions, weather, or environmental conditions.

Inspections and Hidden Conditions

Any observations, recommendations, inspections, consultations, or treatment plans are based on visible and reasonably observable conditions at the time of service.

Trees and landscapes may contain hidden decay, internal defects, root problems, soil problems, girdling roots, structural weaknesses, underground conflicts, utility conflicts, pest activity, disease, or other conditions that cannot be fully detected through ordinary visual inspection.

Unless specifically stated in writing, our services do not include laboratory testing, soil testing, internal decay testing, aerial inspection, root excavation, engineering analysis, or formal tree-risk assessment beyond ordinary visible observation.

Tree Risk and Safety

Trees are living structures and may fail without warning, even when they appear healthy or have received professional care.

Green Goddess Trees may provide observations or recommendations, but we do not guarantee that any tree, limb, root system, plant, or landscape feature is safe, stable, hazard-free, or free from future failure.

Property owners remain responsible for monitoring their property and deciding whether to remove, prune, treat, preserve, restrict access around, or otherwise manage trees and landscape features.

Pesticide, Plant Health Care, Mosquito, and Tick Control Limitations

Plant health care, mosquito control, tick control, pest control, and disease-related treatments may reduce certain conditions, pests, or risks, but they may not eliminate them.

Results may vary based on timing, weather, pest pressure, disease pressure, site conditions, neighboring properties, water, shade, leaf litter, standing water, wildlife, customer maintenance, and other factors outside our control.

Unless specifically stated in a written agreement, Green Goddess Trees does not guarantee complete elimination of mosquitoes, ticks, pests, diseases, or plant health problems.

Customers are responsible for following any written safety, re-entry, watering, irrigation, mowing, pet, child, or property-use instructions provided by Green Goddess Trees or required by product labels or applicable law.

Online Payments

If online payment is available through the website or a payment link, payments may be processed by Stripe or another third-party payment processor.

You represent that you are authorized to use any payment method you provide.

We do not store credit card or banking information on our website. Payment information is handled by the applicable third-party payment processor and is subject to that processor’s terms and privacy practices.
